There are serious issues with this guy and you will regret hiring. You will lose both your money and your cases!!!!! Best attorney ever! This man can do it all! He’s gone above and beyond on multiple different cases for me and always delivers! Jim is very approachable and responsive to any and all requests. Being new to Vail, I was unsure who to contact when I was faced with a legal situation regarding the recovery of my security deposit. I was put in an unfortunate situation where my former landlord was refusing to return any money to me and did not provide a lease for me to sign when I moved in to the residence. After researching the relevant statutes, Jim drafted a letter telling the landlord that he is required by law to refund my deposit to me and my boyfriend. Within days, he recovered the money.
