Jim is an amazing & caring lawyer! The best!

DO NOT HIRE!!!! Use at your risk. Do your research through reviews online and you will find some surprises about this lawyer that he won't disclose or reveal. There are serious issues with this guy and you will regret hiring. You will lose both your money and your cases!!!!! Start off by saying Jim is an exceptional attorney and a great human being. He is very good at keeping good communication through the whole process, and getting things done efficiently. Jim not only got me "Not Guilty" on one charge, but two. I would recommend him for anyone and for any situation.

Being new to Vail, I was unsure who to contact when I was faced with a legal situation regarding the recovery of my security deposit. I was put in an unfortunate situation where my former landlord was refusing to return any money to me and did not provide a lease for me to sign when I moved in to the residence. After researching the relevant statutes, Jim drafted a letter telling the landlord that he is required by law to refund my deposit to me and my boyfriend. Within days, he recovered the money. Jim came highly recommended by several people. He was extremely professional and thorough. If ever in need of any sort of legal services, there would be no hesitation in retaining his services again.
