I hired Dan Reynolds in order to help me navigate and resolve an ending business partnership. I had to buy my partner out and carefully redesign two LLCs and restructure the entire business with myself as the sole owner. It was complicated job given it is an international business with multiple moving parts. I was also under a time crunch as the busy part of my year was approaching and I needed things cleaned up. Dan did a fantastic job leading the way through the situation with excellent suggestions and options to resolve the matter. After an agreement was reached Dan was fast and precise arranging all the documents. He was extremely helpful making sure I understood the lengthy legal documents at hand.
