Mr Shipp is great at what he does. He was able to help me with court and the DMV on a DUI charge. I was able to keep my license and avoided more jail time. I did not regret hiring him.

Hello, a few months ago I had the good fortune to come across the Shipp Law website as I was searching for attorneys that could help me with my 4th (felony) DUI case, this time in Park County (I live in Denver). So after the free phone consultation I decided to have Clay represent me. Fast forward to today, without getting into the details I was sentenced and he was able to get my DUI dropped to a much lesser charge, WITH NO JAIL! I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in my position and would use them again if I had to (please God no). Thank you Clay and the Shipp Law firm staff you guys are awesome!

If Dan uses the quote..”Give Me 5k I’ll make it go away”…He is NOT referring to your case,or pending charge. He is referring to your funds. He manipulated/convince my naive mind into hiring his firm. I have no prior history with the law, I thought it was a good idea to have someone who does know the law, representing me. My thinking at the time was, hiring this firm, would result in a better outcome. However, They never disclosed that because this is my first offense. No matter what, I would get the same results at sentencing. Regardless of whether or not I hired them. Unfortunately they gladly took my money. Sadly the only defense spoke on my behalf in court was. Dan notifying the court that “I’m 37yrs old and this is my first Offense”….everyone in court already knew this. The misrepresentation of counsel was insulting. I would not recommend them to anyone. They only want your money. They don’t care about defending their clients. I wish I never hired them, but at the time I felt they were the best option. Turns out representing myself would have been my best option.

Just wonderful! Not only are both Dan and Clay extremely professional, they’re an absolute pleasure to work with. They get results and I cannot thank them enough. These are your guys. Go with them. Trust them.

Dan was professional dealing with my case, I highly recommend to everyone, he can find a error made by officers in a glimpse and his office were amazing too

Stay far away from this guy if you care about yourself and your freedoms and rights. He’s clueless and manipulative.
