I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Chris Fry when I decided to appeal my property tax valuation. Over the years when I have had the need to involve an attorney in some matter (which fortunately has been fairly rare), it's not been uncommon to be treated as merely a billable client with no real interest in the outcome. That was not the case at all with Chris. Our first contact was through email and then soon through a follow-up call. During the property tax appeal process, Chris was always quick to return emails and phone calls. While I was very familiar with my property, I was not familiar with the process, and Chris provided valuable insight and helped me navigate that process to what was eventually a better conclusion than I had hoped for. Throughout the process, I felt it was not just an attorney-client relationship (though it certainly was that too), but a collaborative relationship where Chris actually cared about the outcome. I hope I don't have to go through this process again anytime soon, but if I do, Chris will be the guy I call for help. I strongly recommend him.
