Hats off to Brian for his help in resolving a decade long dispute with the Office of Personnel Management (MSPB). Brian's entry into this Merit Systems Protection Board appeal was just in time to prevent the administrative judge from a premature decision and dismissal of the case. Brian helped set the appeal to mediation and he was instrumental in getting a reasonable settlement. We're very appreciative that the case and appeal have been finally resolved. I would recommend Brian for these type of federal appeals through the MSPB.

She was extremely personable and helped us efficiently work through the process of plea bargaining the infraction down to a 1point ticket.
