I've never appeared as a defendant in a court case, so Nikki walked me through what to expect for my court appearance, filed all the necessary motions to help the appearance work with my schedule, and advocated to get my charge (and resulting points and fine) reduced to a much more manageable level for me. Communication was done mostly through email and she was very quick to respond to my inquiries. While I hope to never need representation again, I would definitely use Nikki's services should the need arise in the future.
