When I was injured in my car accident i didn't know what to do or who to call. I was so injured that it was hard for me to deal with everyday life. I was practically bed bound for a few months and my concussion was bad enough that it changed my vision and I started getting daily migraines. I was having memory problems and more so it was hard for me. I went through alot. I hired a common law firm on tv which was very nerve racking because I was assured I would be taken care of and didn't have to worry about anything and I would be called and checked on and kept in the loop and that was not true. I was nervous because the lawyer that I had was I think trying to just settle my case for anything the insurance offered so I switched law firms and lawyer because I felt it was in my best interest. I was recommended to Jeffress Law and I'm so thankful because I was not kept in the loop of my case until my new lawyer gave me all the details of my case. I give Chris and his firm 5 stars. Thank you Chris for taking my case because if you hadn't I don't know that I would have gotten as much as I did or even the care that I did. I very much appreciate all the time and effort that you put into my case and for keeping me updated with my options, how the process goes and even letting me know things that my first lawyer did not. I want to sing the praises for Traci Cullen, now at Jeffress Law, PC. My wife and I were rear-ended last November (2021). Our injuries were minor but not insignificant and they did prove disruptive for a period of time. I had no idea how to negotiate effectively with an insurance company but to our good fortune, after calling around, we made contact with Traci Cullen. She listened patiently to our situation and then told us we were unlikely to need an attorney but she would be happy to provide some guidance. She then proceeded to offer that guidance in a series of pleasant email exchanges and absolutely refused my periodic offers to pay her! We ended up settling with the insurance company for a fair amount (which was more than twice their original (unfair) offer, thanks to Traci's negotiating guidance. She knows her stuff. It was quite the unexpected legal experience. I feel guilty for every lawyer joke I ever told. :-)
