My non profit record label and publishing company needed a custom contract unique to our purposes. I had a hard time finding anyone with the expertise to integrate our out-of-the-box copyright and royalty needs into a formal legal contract that we could use with our artists. At first we consulted with another lawyer who was able to provide a more standard contract, but we found that we needed something different, more tailored to current artist's needs.
