Jim Pagano had consulted with me about my case. He gave me great advice, which I followed extensively. I had never delt with Med Pay from my own insurance company before. This is when your insurance company is supposed to pay your medical bills. My insurance company were reluctant at first, but finnaly started to pay off my medical bills months later (Thanks to Mr Pagano's advice). I would say if you are unsure about speaking to any insurance company (And you should be), you need to contact an honest attorney like Mr Pagano. Jim Pagano did a great job with my car accident settlement. He was always quick to respond to my emails and/or phone calls to update me about the status of my case. I went to see this attorney. The office staff is hard to work with, I signed a contract. I never heard from them, for weeks. I would have to go over to his office and try to talk to him. His letters he sent out were full of mistakes, guess lawyers and engineers can not write. Anyway it was very frustrating working for this group.

A few years ago I was involved in a car wreak, bad one, He agreed to represent me. A friend was also in the car. After a few visits he staff would not even talk to me and I had to find another attorney. He was my friends lawyer and got a settlement. I am still in treatment and have found another attorney. I felt like I had been swindled.

I don't believe in suing and and when her claims adjustor contacted me (sounding very concerned and nice) I thought I could work through him to resolve my medical bills. Mr. Pagano represented me in a personal injury lawsuit, in which I was injured in the parking lot of the company I work for. The property had changed ownership since the accident, and Mr. Pagano traced the ownership and the previous owner was served. Mr. Pagano hired an engineering firm which researched the local building and maintenance codes, and showed Google Earth views of the site of the injury, both when it occurred and present. I believe this engineering report was a major factor in getting a settlement in my case. I highly recommend Mr. Pagano.

I have not dealt with attorneys very often and like everyone you always hear the rumors that attorneys are so expensive and you are going to waste more money than what it's worth.
