Excellent experience! Great Attorney he resolved all of my tax issues and his expertise was wonderful.

Contacted John first thing on a Monday morning about a pressing issue related to excise and sales taxes here in Colorado. He swiftly engaged with insightful, sage and tempered counsel that enabled me to make time critical decisions on matters of considerable financial gravity. Based on this, I would actively seek his representation if needed in the future and appreciate his efficient and competent approach.

I hired John to help me complete some back taxes and negotiate their results with the IRS. John worked at my pace and spent the time to answer my questions and explain the steps we were taking while communicating with the IRS. We submitted an “Offer in Compromise” to both the Federal and the State levels. These offers were accepted and the IRS allowed me to wipe the slate clean for significantly less money than I originally owed. This brought the amount that I owed to the IRS down to a number that I can budget. Overall I am very pleased with John’s work ethic and the results that he produced. I had been trapped in an IRS "maze" for years. With P&I constantly increasing, my debt had grown from an initial $15-20K to up over $75K. I finally began researching attorneys who might be able to assist in getting me out of this painful cycle. John's reviews almost seemed too good to be true but in reality, it actually only cost me about $4K in combined attny fees along with OIC payments to the IRS to close out a $75K burden. It did take close to a year to complete the process (I'm guessing COVID slowed things down a bit) but I am finally free of that ever growing debt. I couldn't be happier. John was really easy to work with, was very quick to respond to questions and reduced my IRS taxes owed by $190,000. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a tax debt owed to the IRS that you are wanting to try and get reduced.
