I haven't hired John (or anyone else) for this particular problem but he has represented me in the past and performed excellently.

Signed up for John's program My Tax Break which allows one to file an Offer in Compromise relative owed IRS tax liability. John relieved my anxiety and guided me through some questions which I could not find on instructions. If you are seeking a tax attorney with or without the program, contact John as he will advise whether the program is for you, or you need hands on help, in which case, he won't burden you with unnecessary, excessive and ridiculous fees that other attorneys charge.
