Edit in response to John’s dishonest response: I sent John multiple emails and text messages over a period of about a week notifying him I had an important meeting with the IRS regarding the immigration status of my wife. I needed the tax documents so I could give them to the IRS and move forward with the immigration attorney to get her status updated and her future secured. You can imagine this was very important to me. John ignored ALL of my emails and text messages. Days before the meeting I left John a bad review hoping to get his attention. And I did! Lo and behold he replied the same day and sent my tax information to me. In his email he chastised me for leaving a bad review about him since he would not reply to me with the information I required from him. I was treated poorly for behavior that could have been avoided if he just took a few minutes to send me the information I needed. 🤷🏻‍♂️ About that review: I did NOT recant what I said. John told me if I took it down he would consider doing my 2023 taxes. After I removed it he never responded to me again. Totally dishonest in his response to this review. He DID NOT explicitly tell me he would not be doing 2023 taxes. He baited me into deleting the review and left me hanging with no response. Untrustworthy! Original review: John blatantly ignored multiple emails I sent requesting my tax information. Required it for an important meeting at an IRS location, otherwise it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. Was treated poorly for saying something about it. Left hanging on 2023 taxes, as he decided he “didn’t want to work for me anymore.” He communicated very well while selling me his service. He did perform his functions that I hired him to do well. Maybe you won’t have the same problem I did.

John was very cordial and informative. I would definitely recommend him.

I hired John to help me complete some back taxes and negotiate their results with the IRS. John worked at my pace and spent the time to answer my questions and explain the steps we were taking while communicating with the IRS. We submitted an “Offer in Compromise” to both the Federal and the State levels. These offers were accepted and the IRS allowed me to wipe the slate clean for significantly less money than I originally owed. This brought the amount that I owed to the IRS down to a number that I can budget. Overall I am very pleased with John’s work ethic and the results that he produced. I will be happy to work with him again.

We are writing this letter for the benefit of those with unresolved IRS tax issues , those who need legal help-it is common knowledge that the correct selection of a lawyer has a positive or negative impact on the outcome of the tax case . We found him to be a very polite,and a compassionate and an unassuming person. A person in possession of great empathy and lot’s of patience. Mr John Claudell diligently perused our case with the IRS. So many times he had to wait for hours at a time on phone while on hold, the IRS phones were backed up; yet he remained steadfast and focused . He kept us updated and was available through out. He always responded promptly to our emails and our phone calls ‘His efforts paid off and we won the case’. He went the extra hundred yards for us which we greatly appreciate.
