Scott was able to take my case from out of state last minute. I live in Texas and the case was in Colorado. He saved the day by performing a hail mary and printing a Texas order at the very last minute to that I could serve my wife the Texas orders. He went and printed it off last minute with no question. His use of words and knowledge of the law allowed us to get the Colorado case vacated. He was very communicative and took calls I know he didn't have to take. Truly cares for his work and his clients. Allowed me to suggest certain exhibits that he didn't think was necessary to be published in court to make me comfortable. Truly a hard working lawyer.

Ted is one of a kind, very intelligent , dedicated to his clients also does not have a office full of employees which keeps operating cost down and saves you the client money P.S. he is a bull dog and gets the job done !

I hired Mr. Hamerslough and his team to help me with my child custody case and I couldn’t have been more happy with doing so, best choice I could have made. I knew from just the first phone call that I wanted him as my representative. Mr. Hamerslough was absolutely amazing and so was everyone at his firm, they did such an amazing job explaining things, keeping me in the loop of what was happening and really walking me though every process. They were so kind and really listened to everything I had to say, every concern, every question no matter what they were. When they say they work for you they really mean it. This firm made me feel like my case and I were important, that it truly mattered to them. They were all so knowledgeable of the all the laws and how to do things right. During my case things weren’t always easy but Mr. Hamerslough and his team handled it beautifully and got us though it with ease. Scott and his firm are amazing!!! I spoke to a lot of lawyers before hiring Scott, he was the only one that wasn't money hungry and cared about my situation. I have been fighting for 5 years in court for my children because father was abusive. I had a very difficult judge that refused to relocate the kids. With the knowledge and expertise of Scott and his firm my children were relocated to primarily live with me and their father time is monitored to keep the kids safe. They were always responsive and prepared on important dates. I would recommend Scott and his firm to anyone dealing with child custody issues and will use them for any future issues that I may have. I hired Mr. Hamerslough for a very contentious divorce based on the recommendations of another attorney and I could not be more impressed with Mr. Hamerslough's intelligence, compassion, and ability. The case eventually went to a Judge, and Mr. Hamerslough is outstanding in a trial environment, and he clearly dominated the opposing counsel. Mr. Hamerslough was very fair in his fees, and was an absolute bargain compared to the fees charged by the opposing counsel. Look no further for a family law attorney, Mr. Hamerslough is the best!

I highly recommend hiring Mr. Hamerslough for representation in the most difficult and complex Family Court cases. I consulted with three additional attorneys before choosing to hire him, and all were dubious about the probability of being able to achieve my desired outcome in Boulder County.
