Excellent job

I'm reserving One star for his possible future representation! Seems Sean Kendall has always been in back of my mind as Affective Counsel, and I won't complain about my öther two" at the CAVC in 2015 and 2018; BOTH Prevailing Judgments, albeit I felt impotent with the last Joint Remand and that VA had skipped out on a righteous battle, nonetheless Robert R. Davis did a near miraculous job in his writ and laid a foundation that even The VA Senior Counsel used in Our Remanded Decision of 12/07/2022. Plus Earning almost seven grand from the Fund. CAVC Attorney Team barely got 3K but were satisfied and I had no complaints. As time has aged and matured my Appeal I've had minor delusions that I would proceed Pro SE! Albeit, whats that saying about a Fool repping himself! I may within two weeks post the 4th of June; achieve a GRANT and 144 months back-pay, however IF a last Denial, I would ASK Sean et al to consider taking the Appeal of the Century...

I have tried to contact this office numerous times with fairly detailed messages ( to prevent memory detail omissions by a SR. citizen). That damned prompt (Reply), at the end of each ad is a dead end and I receive an automated reply stating that this is not a monitored site, or something as vacuous. If you knew how aggravating this is, maybe to many not computer savvy, you would tighten up the ship. You may be missing out on things worth exploring! GPC, USA, CE, 1st. Lt. RVN 69-70. BSM, JD. I reached out to Sean to inquire about my disability with the VA. He got back to me the same day via email. This law firm was the correct decision for me when I needed assistance navigating the never ending bureaucracy that is the VA. Sean and his team listened to my history, reviewed my submissions to the VA and charted a path to file and manage my disagreements to the VA’s disposition of my disability claim. Seeing the errors made by the VA, on their application of the law related to my disability, he quickly filed for a higher level review by the VA. Working totally on a contingency basis, Sean took my case and filed the required information in 11/28/2023. On 1/27/2023, he had a meeting with the higher level reviewer and my case was adjudicated and closed with the anticipated increase in disability percentage. I received my back pay within a week. The VA does not work fast. Different timing and outcomes are probable. However, Sean and his team will communicate with you and keep you apprised of the status. I will use Sean again in the future for additional claims that I can now file as aggravated disability related to my service-connected issue. I recommend Sean Kendall highly. Steve

When I found Sean Kendall and Adam, I was desperate. They were both kind to me thru my moods. I was going thru Hell with my disability. Bottom line: just do exactly as Sean Kendall tells you to do, don't argue, just trust, and he will make sure you are taken care of. We don't understand law. He does. Sean knows exactly what he's doing and how to get you your disability. Let him handle it and don't worry about a thing. Sean & Adam are worth every penny. Results are what these two give!
