I would like to share my very positive experience in working with Sean Kendall, Attorney at Law. Sean's practice specializes in V.A. claims which have been previously denied by the V.A. These are obviously very difficult cases because of the status of the appeals. In my example, which was an Agent Orange claim, I had been denied multiple times by the V.A. - so it was not an easy task. I was impressed from the start of the process by Sean's knowledge of the appeals process, his compassion, professionalism, and how his advise proved to be so helpful and accurate. It was a lot of work but certainly well worth it in the end. I have not hesitated to recommend Sean and his firm to fellow Vets and will continue to do so it the future

Sean was able to get my disability rating approved and at the right amount. After being told that nothing was service connected after 21 years, Sean cut through all that BS and hot things moving in the right direction. He also motivated me to talk with someone which has worked wonders.

We were struggling mightily prior to the hiring of Sean Kendall to represent me in my pursuit of an increase of my VA Disability which was 30% for years even though I was unable to work. We were on the precipice of losing our home. Sean Kendall took over like a bullet going down range and had my VA Disability increased to TDIU within just 4 weeks. And I'm happy to say that it has now been 13 years since the increase took effect and I am nor rated as 100% Permanent and Total meaning that when I die my wife will continue to receive my disability payments and can live comfortably without me. Social Security approved me for full disability within a week based on this! My back pay form initial request for increase for both VA Disability and Social Security showed up in the bank 1 week apart and was over $300,000.00. What a life saver! Additionally I was able to put all of my children through college (Registered Nurse, Law School and Robotics degree) and all of my children graduated with zero debt from school costs, No Student Loans etc. My children were able to get the head start they deserved in life had I been able to work, which will lead to a more successful and fulfilling life without debt related stress!
