The firm accepted my case after I had been represented by both the DAV (whom I'm a lifetime member) and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Both the agents above tried to represent me to the best of their ability and I failed to recognize that they could represent me in the case I had to move forward with. I was blessed with the representation from this firm who knows what needs to be done and also the documentation that needs to be accomplished to get the law to fight for your case. I was getting the runaround with the VA and denied more times then I care to remember. If it wasn't for Timothy Franklin and all the people involved knowing the ins and outs of the claim proccess. He got my last and final denial reversed and without having to file an appeal. I should have used his office after the first denial and not the 3rd. Bottom line be patient and don't stress on the VA trying to pull a fast one on you with Tim helping.
