I was always concerned that when the day came to make a will and medical directive it would not only be emotional, it would also be complicated. While there was an emotional component (considering my death and those I would leave behind), the process itself was not complicated at all. Working with Julie Kreutzer was like working with a good friend. She was empathetic, kind, communicative, and guided me through the process every step of the way. She helped me clarify my intent. Made sure all the wording was clear and easily understood by those who would be reading it when the time came. Her suggestions were always gentle, caring, and with my best intentions in mind.
