If I could I would rate negative stars. I am very upset right now on how my family and I are being treated. Mark C. Johnson is a horrible attorney. He is refusing to let us get a new attorney even though he flat out told us he couldn't win our case. But yet refuse to let us get a new attorney it's absolutely absurd and cruel. Not to mention how rude he is I was calling him to get more information and he had told me not to call him what kind of attorney does that. I strongly suggest not hiring Mark C Johnson as your attorney He is a liar and will do the opposite what he is promising you.

Mark Johnson, what can I even say? He knows next to nothing about the Federal legal system. I have a friend sitting in custody, and Mark stated that he pretty much cannot help him and that he will definitely lose. There is no effort, no care. Just no nothing. He needs to step it up.

Chris represented me following an auto accident. It was very difficult trying to work with the insurance company so Chris handled everything for me. He did a great job and I am very happy with the outcome.

I was involved in a car accident which resulted in severe damage to the rotator cuff of my dominant arm. Essentially, I cannot lift anything heavier than a book and have almost constant pain. I delayed taking my case to a lawyer until a very few months before the statute of limitations ran out. I had a very off-putting interview with one of the "big name" personal injury lawyers in Denver as well as a phone interview with another well-known lawyer. Both gave me the impression that I wouldn't get much money and it really wasn't worth it. I was just going to give up and let the statute of limitations run out [which would bar me from ever bringing suit] but...enter Chris Jeffress. He was almost always available when I called the office with a question, which, after my experience with other lawyers, was almost miraculous. When he was engaged, his paralegal was deft in slipping into his stream of work and getting me an answer. At all times, he made sure that we knew not only what he was doing, but the consequences of what would be done. He laid out our choices at a couple of key times, ensured that we knew when decisions had to be made, and then followed up with us on the results. He was always friendly and also thorough, professional and good-humored. Near the end of the process, when he was talking to everyone "on the other side", he just finessed his way to the objective; we ended up with a very good result.
