What can I say about Keith Moskowitz other than it taking me awhile to pronounce his name correctly. Initially, due to my assets and income, my case was on the dreaded path of the chapter 13 route. But Keith got me through the process within 5 months where I only had to pay $250 a month for 5 years. This was a God send based on how much debt I owed. However, right before the case closed, Keith called up and said that the homestead exemption law passed where basically, I could change my case from a 13 to a 7. This may not mean much but instead of this bankruptcy lingering for 5 years, I was able to have this behind me in a matter of months. Bear in mind, we were essentially wrapped up with my chapter 13 case and I could have gone my merry way, none the wiser. But he went out of his way to inform me of this new law and in the long term, was a better option. He not only redo all the paperwork and file a new case, he did all this for the cost of my original 13 case! I am forever indebted to Mr. Moskowitz and feel like I can finally restart my life! It is hard not to feel ashamed and embarrassed to be in this predicament, but Keith does not judge and he will be with you every step of the way. If you're on the fence about having him do your case, don't be, he has helped me during one of the most difficult times of my life and I am positive he can help you as well.
