Our experience with Cameron W Tyler and Associates was in a nut shell - as good as it could be. My wife and I were in a severe car accident, requiring my wife to stay overnight in a hospital to treat her injuries. First, for the most part, you deal directly with Cameron, not some subordinate. He explained what the law provides and requires (after all that is the basis of all procedures) and based on that presented the reasoning for our claim. Next Cameron described the usual 'path forward' for negotiations and timeline. Confident of what were our options and what to expect - we turned it over to Cameron and got the results we wanted. After trying to get a fair settlement from insurance on our own, it quickly became apparent that getting a good lawyer is a necessity. We had to deal not only with the at-fault insurer, but also our own insurance for UIM. Everyone at Chris Parks Law worked diligently and fought hard to get us a settlement that we were happy with. The entire process took a very long time (almost 3 years), and we could only imagine the stress it would have been trying to handle it on our own.
