Very poor communication and follow up. No results after a long period of time.

I am so grateful to Geri, Traci, Amanda and the entire team at Chris Parks Law. After my accident, they helped me more than I could've imagined. Their experience and knowledge in dealing with big Insurance companies was exactly what I needed to settle my case.

When I was rear-ended and injured in May of 2020 I was left with severe back, neck and shoulder pain, trauma, and a car that needed replacing. I also had a slight concussion that made thinking through the kind of details that need thinking through after an accident very stressful. I didn’t know anything about how to deal with lawyers or insurance companies and I was concerned that I wouldn’t what steps to take to ensure I was taken care of. After asking for a referral on Facebook, I called Chris Parks Law and I’m so glad I did. Working with Traci was like nothing I thought I could expect. From day one she was kind, helpful and always there with the guidance I needed to feel confident going through the process. It’s like she has a life mission to help people. Bottom line is, a year after the accident, I had received the care I needed and cashed a check from the other parties’ insurance company for three to four times the amount I thought I might be able to get. And, Traci and Chris Parks Law never charged me one cent. Nothing! Who does that!? All I can say is I’m so grateful and when a good friend of mine was also rear-ended, I knew exactly who to refer her to. God forbid you ever find yourself in a situation where you may need a criminal defense lawyer, you couldn't ask for a better advocate than Bruce Sarbaugh. He is thoughtful, generous with his time, and applies strong reasoning skills to assessing a path forward. I was pressured to accept a guilty plea, despite my actual innocence, by a city attorney who seemed motivated by expediency rather than justice. Bruce Sarbaugh helped me get my case dismissed which was of course the best possible outcome, though it didn't seem possible initially. Your reputation is worth having a shrewd negotiator with a strong command of the law in your corner. His fee is a worthy investment in protecting your good name.
