Jennifer Watkins got my Felony Charges Dropped! I couldn't believe it! I was so tense and worried about all of this I was losing sleep. Jennifer worked so hard and was so dedicated to this case, I literally just can't begin to thank her enough. Communication was incredible. Jennifer always made updating me a priority, and that is priceless. I always knew where we stood. I had to do some things for my case, and it made her job easier (Nobody works harder on these things than Attorney Watkins, so it's the least I can do!), it helped my case tremendously (she can't guarantee an outcome, but it definitely can't hurt to be proactive about these things), and I learned some stuff about my issues that really is going to give me ways to cope that are healthier. As one can imagine, facing charges like this was incredibly stressful and overwhelming. I didn't even know where to begin. I was involved in a minor accident while driving under influence of alcohol. I was charged with three cases DUI, DUI per se and reckless driving originally. I approached Ms. Jennifer as my brother referred her. She listened to all the story and answered all my questions. Through out the whole period, she replied to all my emails and phone calls promptly. She is very much available and had lot of patience to answer all sorts of my questions. By following her instructions, we were able to win the DMV hearing which is our first win. Due to which I am able to drive the car with out any restrictions . I requested her to postpone my court hearings multiple times due to personal reasons and she helped me in all instances. She is very much supportive and understanding. Finally, She helped me dismiss all those cases and reduced it to the lowest possible charge which is DWAI. Also, helped me get the minimum possible probation period. She knows the boulder justice system very well. Overall, I am very much happy to have her as my attorney and I would recommend her strongly. She is very kind, helpful and an excellent human being.

Worked with Martha after my mom passed away. Legal stuff is not my thing, but Martha described everything clearly, and she calmly shepherded me through. I appreciate that her fee was for the package, not hourly, so I didn't have to worry about how much time we spent. She kept the big picture in mind, too--that it's not just about money and legal documents, but about facing death and considering what you want your non-monetary legacy to be.
