I have recently completed a very important legal matter with the support of the Law Office of James Newell. I needed to get a legal easement agreement created in order to legally access my property which is at the end of a private access road that passes through multiple neighboring properties. Over the course of about a year James, with his legal experience and knowledge, guided me through the proper steps and necessary tasks to complete an easement agreement with my neighbors, in order for me to obtain legal access to my property. There were a number of setbacks during the process and James was always ready to offer insight, possible alternatives and solutions, and ultimately my legal matter was resolved, which is what matters most.
