It is with great pleasure that I leave a review for Gregg Greenstein. Gregg guided me during one of the the most trying and difficult times in my life. His professionalism and compassion exceeded my expectations, but most of all, his expertise and experience are what put him over the top. I felt he always gave 110%, and was always fully involved and present with every conversation, telephone call, or zoom meeting. Gregg gave me the power to make decisions that were the best for my family and I. He believed in me and my case and was unfailing in his efforts every step of the way. Court can be a nerve racking experience, but having Gregg as my attorney was a truly comforting feeling. The best choice I made was selecting Gregg as my attorney. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I would refer him to anyone who needs an attorney who will listen and fight with you, with every fiber of their being. Additionally, the staff was knowledgeable and always quick to respond.

This is the first time I have seriously needed legal help as I was fighting an insurance company. A real David and Goliath situation. They flat out denied my claim and were not budging. Jesse Witt stuck with me and kept at it until they agreed to cover my claim. Without the legal help I received I doubt I could have ever prevailed. I would give them/him six stars if I could.

Terrible firm. Was forced into signing an MOU not in my favor because my attorney was unprepared to go to trial the next day. After settlement, was told arbitrator had been selected just to find out the arbitrator was retired after the firm withdrew from the case! Attorney made lazy mistakes I had to correct (and be charged for!). Spent $25,000 with the firm for incompetent representation that has led to long term financial harm and harm to my son. Have been much more successful pro se. Would give zero stars if this were possible.

This law firm prepared my estate planning documents. I had put this off as I wasn't sure who I could afford and trust. They very promptly responded and supplied me with guidelines to follow for needed information. It was an easy and straightforward process. My questions were answered completely. The fee was affordable. I highly recommed this group.

My experience with Liz Marcus at Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstien was so outstanding I want to tell you about her. I was in a situation where I needed help and felt awful about it. He put the needed documents together for two privately financed mortgages. Very competent, very thorough.
