I started working with Sean back in 2016 and from the start he told me what he could do to help me. he went to work on my benefits and I am at 70% disability. Sean continued to work my case through appeals. Sean and his office manager Adam keep me informed on where I am in the process and what to expect. with every small change I receive a call from him or Adam. I was recently awarded my sleep apnea claim appeal that was filed by Sean. Mr Kendall is very knowledgeable in the VA benefits process and his time lines be on point. For several years I had contacted local Veteran help groups to get my disability claims filed. Time after time the cases were rejected. I filed my claim in 2014, my injury occurred in 2000, the VA told me that because I didn't file after I got out of the military I must have been lying about an injury after the military, even after it was shown in my medical record more than once that I had asked for help after my injury while in service. VA sent me to many doctors, none of which had a specialty in the injury that I had. After contacting and hiring Mr. Kendall, we were able to get a medical opinion from a doctor that specializes in my type of injury which help me get the favorable decision from the VA after seven long years of the wrong stuff coming out of the VA. Mr. Kendall and his team are dedicated and responsive. Every time I had a question it was answered. When the decision was actually made Mr. Kendall and his team made sure that I knew about it before the VA had even sent me a letter about the decision. I could not have asked for better representation. I have and will continue to send my fellow bother and sister veterans his way if they too are trying to fight the VA.
