My wife and I recently acquired a General Durable P.O.A. and Medical P.O.A. from the law firm of Joanna Smith. My wife has dementia and needs help understanding the abstract terminology involved with legal issues. We had procrastinated on putting our estate planning together because neither of us had any understanding of how to go about it. We went to Joanna and that was the best decision that we could have made. She and her staff created an extremely comfortable environment which made it super easy to talk to her.
