Joanna was incredibly helpful. I thought her fee was minimal. She is very knowledgeable in estate planning which was the reason for the visit. I would not hesitate seeing her again. I highly recommend her for visits of this nature. Thank you Joanna!

Words cannot express what a pleasure it was meeting Joanna. She is personable, professional and knowledgeable. My Mother and I made an appointment to finalize my Mother's will. Joanna was so welcoming and eager to know about our family and my Mother's wishes. She took the time to educate us and answered all of our questions to ensure we clearly understood our options. It is nice to know you have someone at your side that truly cares about your future.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Joanna Smith for our wills and other personal documents. She was patient and good at answering "what if this happens, what if that happens" sort of questions we had with our estate planning and she explained the details in common language. She produced our wills quickly and we are happy with the results. Joanna (and Rachel) made it an easy process for us. We would most certainly work with her again in the future.
