Edminister is fantastic We started off on the wrong foot it was because of my impatience He was appointed to me as a public defender Im a so called Black man i was falsely accused of Felonious assault on my next door neighbor A Racist white man and his racist lying White friend We took it to Trial His cross examination on these 2 liars was Undefeated I was found Not Guilty you better hire him for your legal issues

My son was indicted for intent to harm or kill ( assault with a deadly weapon) - Obviously a felony. It was at a side road hot spring. He’s a good kid. It went to a jury trail which scared me to death. Mike was very clear to me on telephone. Unfortunately I had serious foot surgery and couldn’t go but my former spouse did go. Mike explained the situation clearly and precisely to me. He is very adept and states the situation very straightforwardly. I am very appreciative of his efforts on my son’s behalf.

The worst attorney I've dealt with. Made disparaging comments about my race. Seldom returned phone calls and messages. Completely unorganized and unprepared. Threatened to withdraw from my case if I did not accept a plea deal. Lied to a Judge during an evidentiary hearing in order to force his withdrawal. I suggest spending your money elsewhere. Lastly, refused to send me my case file after withdrawing despite the fact that I am legally entitled to it. I would not recommend this attorney.

I would have given Mr. Edminister 0 stars if it were possible. I have very little positive things to say about my experience with Mr. Edminister, except for he was kind in the way he spoke with me. He made me feel like he was a friend, but his job was not to discuss his personal affairs, and as I explained to him, I needed someone who had the ability to stand up against a very aggressive attorney. I lost my case, as Mr. Edminister did not produce a single piece of evidence/exhibit to support my case. Then, after losing almost full custody of my children, due to Mr. Edminister's lack of preperation for my case, as the Judge said to Mr. Edminister during the hearing, he proceeded to not pay me back for the money he owed me and ignored my emails. As a result of his incompetence in my case, I lost my children and I should have been reimbursed for all payments rendered on my behalf. Mr. Edminister should be reported to the BAR Association.

This turned int a dream come true. Something I didn’t expect would happen. I was guilty. I do have a drinking problem and I made a bad choice. The best thing I did was called Mike, right away. Be PATIENT with the process and he’s going to do his work to get you the best possible outcome. Did I get lucky? Or was it skill? I’m pretty sure it was the latter of the two! Step 1: Get yourself to a meeting. Step 2: Call Mike. Step 3: Validate this was a great reference and ask some of the others at those meetings. For God’s sake… Quit interviewing and call Mike (NOW!!!)

What a wonderful asset to have in your corner! Michael guided me through my legal needs with skill, knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He outlined a stratagy for me that was the most efficient, right away. Which certainly reduced my stress level! He resolved my case to my total satisfaction! I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your legal needs!
