James has helped us a few times in dealing with unfamiliar legal issues. He provides a very knowledgeable and calm presence. He carefully went over the logistics with us, letting us know what to expect, how to prepare, and creating a solid plan. He is kind and caring, quick to return communications, and very thorough in his explanations. He set us at ease, was fully prepared, and shepherded us through the entire process to a better ending than we hoped for. We couldn’t be happier.
