Finally after years of struggling my child is getting the support he needs. Couple of years ago on our own we applied for an IEP, and in a matter of a month we got denied!! My son was suffering fromADHD and even after his school and the specialists at the district did their tests, they didn't findanything else!!, then our angel Eileen got involved and that's when we finally felt that our voice is being heard. She demanded and independent doctor to assess my son, and to make the long story short, she got my his IEP. Now my son is getting all kinds of support at school, his self esteem is improving, now we are seeing great improvements in his academics as well, he got an A+ yesterday in his social science!! He used to get lots of F and D's!! There is no word that can express our appreciation. Thank you Eileen, you rescued my son.
