Staff was friendly and my original consultation went great. Unfortunately, the attorney that was initially assigned to my case separated from R&H. There was some misunderstanding surrounding the offer to seek counsel outside R&H and the charges associated to that offer. The first person I talked with, Taylor Sawyer, was very pleasant and very professional. She took all my information, quickly set up an appointment within 2 days then forwarded the items for review to the lawyer. Best of all, rather than set me up for a paid consultation, Mike Hanchett offered a 1/2 hour complimentary consultation to talk through what I needed. When I called in and described my issue, he immediately offered to bring another individual, Lucas Frei, who was a specialist on to the call to better address my request.
