My consultation was with Nicole Griffard took about 12-15 minutes. The meeting was short and simple, but straight to the point of how I can process my small claim. Due to the unfairness of certain local companies, I explained my situation to Nicole and she was transparent of how I can go about it but it's ultimately up to me to see if I'd like to proceed. She gave me certain suggestions of how we can proceed if I decide to go with them and I'm debating on what my next options are. I know my claim is probably a rare one, but due to dealing with mechanic shops, I am happy she confirmed they take these kind of cases because as a female I do not know what my rights are as a customer. Right now, I am gathering more information on my claim and hoping to make a decision within the next weeks to see if I'd like her to represent me.
