Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the firm
“I have been trying to contact them for a week in regards to the next steps after getting all my documents sent in and have heard nothing back. I have left messages and emailed”

Inconsistent and unreliable service
“Well this is probably the scariest most embarrassing thing I've ever had to do. Everyone there was absolutely amazing. Especially Lauren who would answer questions on the weekend after hours and I had lots of questions these are the most amazing honest professional people in the industry but I can think of. I hope I never have to go through it again but if I ever do it's good to know there's going to be there.”

Difficulty in reaching or communicating with attorneys
“Call someone else. These guys will not let you speak to an attorney. You only get a receptionist who runs back and forth to the attorney. And the receptionist does not understand anything and will not let you explain your situation to anyone else.”

“I paid them in full June of 2020 For my bankruptcy. It got put on hold Due to covid, Surgeries I had. Since March Of 2022 I have religiously reached out Like numerous of times in the past couple years to talk to somebody It takes weeks For them to call you back.”
