Kim Utesch is an excellent lawyer. I moved to Colorado to get more time with my children and my ex fought me hard on it. Ms. Utesch was able to get me 50/50 custody and got all the bs motions thrown out.

If there were 10 stars available I would give Kim Utesch 11 stars. Kim is honest, forthcoming, and extremely professional. She is a great person and a great lawyer. She prefers to communicate via email which is great and very efficient. She always deals with clients honestly, professionally and she has tremendous knowledge. She will be your advocate.
