I have worked with William Smith with Solutions Based Family Law on a few occasions now. Initially he helped with my dissolution of marriage and parenting plan, and again more recently with a relocation case. I agreed with my ex-wife on most of the terms of dissolution and Will was able to help negotiate the remaining terms to meet or exceed my expectations. There were times when the situation had me a little irate, but Will was calm and professional and helped me understand the process. His paralegal and the rest of his team have been great to work with as well. During the case for relocation, I was told it wasn't likely to be a favorable outcome but I decided to press on. Will guided me through each of the steps I needed to take and helped me secure an underdog victory. He understood my financial situation and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Will Smith for anyone in need of an experienced family law attorney.

I chose Ashley as my lawyer for my recent divorce. Everything was "new" to me in regards to whole divorce process. Ashley was beyond patient, kind, and explained all steps so I completely understood. Ashley Balicki, was amazing during the divorce. Her and Brandi handled my parenting hearing and division of assets. They made good calls and were on top of things. Even though, my ex was very difficult and made every attempt to take everything away from me, including my kids.. All I can say is, worth the money.
