The lawyers in training that answer the phone calls are extremely rude short and unprofessional. I was going through the financial check list with the guy on the phone when the disease MS came up, he seemed intrigued to hear this information because apparently his sister also has MS.. I listened to his story and I thought we were “clicking” so I started to add my experiences to the conversation and he abruptly cut me off and said “meh I don’t have time for “story time” “ and went back to Robot mode... he’s fortunate to have not seen my face turn red!!

Had a problem, but they handled it very professionally and I would advise my friends and family to go here.

I have never filed bankruptcy before and I had some serious debt issues that needed to be resolved. They spent a good 20 minutes of their own time to tell me that my debt problems is too small to go Bankruptcy after going thru everything over the phone. They also warned me of others that may go ahead with it because they are only looking for their fees. I thought that was really great of them to give me free advice like this. Never visited them but I had this sense right away that they can be trusted.
