“To begin with, the report prepared by Kimberly Utesch was shockingly subpar. It was evident that she had resorted to lazy shortcuts, as portions of the report were blatantly copy-pasted from previous investigations. This lack of originality not only undermined the credibility of the report but also demonstrated a blatant disregard for the unique circumstances of the case.”

“It was very difficult to get ahold of her. I called her every day for 2 or 3 weeks and always got her secretary. So I left messages and she never returned them. Then she told my lawyer I was going to be in contempt of court because I had not paid her. When I finally got her on the phone, she said she couldn't talk but would call me in a few minutes. I got an email 2 hours later stating she would NOT talk to me until she was paid.”

“Horrible job done on our CFI report. Report was over 2 months overdue and she would not respond and give any updates. Didn't interview witnesses in the case. Very unprofessional and there should be higher consequences when dealing with the outcome of children's lives. Stay away!”
