I can’t say enough good things about Todd and his firm. Bankruptcy is already an uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing subject, and it doesn’t make the average person feel great about doing or even looking into it. Todd fully heartily understands that and makes you feel like he’s an old buddy helping you without judgment. You feel more than just a client; you’re an actual person! Before my consultant, I was so nervous to talk to him; I was playing out how the conversation would go and trying to get all the numbers in order so that when he called, I’d be prepared. The conversation I had in my head was nothing like the actual one. (Thank god) He didn’t ask me about numbers or why I failed and let myself get to this point. Instead, he informed me about BK, told me to change my negative perception of “that word,” and said he was here to help if I decided to move forward. We ended the conversation chatting about our families, which made all the difference; he understood me and where I came from. I felt a million times better hanging up with him and knew without a doubt he would be my lawyer. Fast forward, and the court is officially over! Todd and his team did a great job and if you're even considering filing, hire Todd and do it! My only regret is not filing sooner.
