The Mckenzie law firm is by far the best in estate and asset planning. Their team is phenomenal, and I can not thank them enough for all the help they have given my family. Dan Mckenzie is amazing! He guided us every step of the way, no matter how difficult the situation may have been. And I can not thank him enough! The firms assistant Dana is amazing, attentive, and kind. She made sure that every step of the way was a great experience. Again, amazing attorney, and a phenomenal team!!

Dan exceeded our expectations and went into great detail for each document. He and his team spend adequate time on the front end to truly understand your desires and structures the plan accordingly. He was able to provide multiple options for us to consider and prepared secondary levels of protection as well. I found it to be very helpful when he outlined each scenario on the glass board which enabled us to see the whole picture and strategize accordingly. Dan McKenzie (and his brilliant assistant Dana Van Liew) recently walked my father and I through the process of creating a comprehensive estate plan. They guided us to exactly what we needed (and what we didn't need) for our particular situation, listened kindly and patiently as we discussed our hopes and fears and ultimately, provided us with tools and documents that put our minds at ease. What we feared would be a difficult and confusing process, Dan and Dana made easy and intelligible. We are grateful to them for all of their help and guidance and can't recommend them highly enough!

Very personable and concerned with my needs

I actually met Dan because I reviewed a case for him that involved a client who contested a will. He is a very fair and honest attorney who had his client's interest at heart but after a few questions, accepted my conclusion which was not favorable to his client.He honestly sought the truth. I needed my will done and so I picked him to do it. He and his assistant Dana were knowledgable and helpful. Creating an estate plan can be difficult and yet is so important. He knew what questions to ask and really got into the dynamics of my particular situation. He took time and is very good explaining what everything means or could mean in various situations. He presents several choices of types and cost of various plans. I highly recommend The McKenzie Law Firm.
