I didn't enjoy getting information from Liz. She was very rude and I didn't like how she was treating my father in law.

Dan is very easy to work with. Listens thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made everything as easy as it can be!

Preparing for what goes on in the world when no longer a part of it, either physically or mentally, can be difficult especially when there is limited knowledge of the processes involved. After talking with Andrew and going through the process of setting up my estate trust, I feel more comfortable with what will happen to me if I am no longer able to take care of myself and when I am gone. Over the course of the 3 meetings, I was impressed with the entire staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt comfortable discussing personal issues and felt I was among people who cared about my life and end of life as well as those who will still be around after I am gone.

Dan and Tienne were easy to work with and helped me accomplish my goals. They made everything easy to understand and I am so appreciative of their team!

The McKenzie law firm did an outstanding job in teaching us the importance of having an estate plan and then creating a unique and personalized plan for us. They did not push us through the experience and were always patient when we did not understand the why and how behind the plan. They are outstanding communicators and a very competent team. I highly recommend Dan, Tienne, Liz and the rest of McKenzie team for your estate planning. One more thing, I had a health scare a few months ago and ended up in a hospital in Las Vegas. I am of good health but the situation that brought me there was a one off event. I ended up on an operating table for 3 hours and the doctor saved my life. I am very blessed to have survived it. At that time, I hadn't done any estate planning. I could not imagine if things turned out different and I had left this earth and put all that responsibility on my spouse and family to deal with all of my estate. Make the time to do the important things for your family and for your peace of mind.

McKenzie law firm was a referral, working with Andrew was a very rewarding experience, we always looked forward to our appointments. All the staff we were in contact with, whether in person or over the phone were extremely comfortable to speak with. All our questions were respectfully answered.

I found the whole process educational & helpful. The first meeting was virtual when the whole process was explained & questions answered. The next virtual meeting was to set up my will and powers of attorney for healthcare & financial. I was able to clearly document my wishes for everything so that my daughter will be able to manage everything as the need arises. The final meeting was for signatures on all documents. I appreciated the binder and I understand there will be a card coming that will allow providers access as needed. I feel confident and without worry. Thank you for making things happen so smoothly.

The entire office definitely made a difficult time in life much easier to understand and get things taken care of! They all deserve a 10 stars on the service that is provided.
