They still market for, but don't actually do Medicaid planning anymore. I told the receptionist on the phone what I needed. She proceeded to take all of my information under the presumption we were scheduling a consultation, and then told me they don't actually do medicaid planning anymore. I told her she should have told me that from the beginning and she said she was just following procedure. Hopefully they don't sell my information or spam me. Their process certainly isn't up front from the get go.

Ryan Morey helped us after my mother in law passed away. As Trustee for my father-in-law, I sought Ryan's assistance. The other attorney, who had done the original trust, was talking considerable costs for the follow on trust. With Ryan's help, we saved considerable money, and he was there when my father-in-law passed. Because of Ryan's fore planning, the trust was self explanatory and we had absolutely no problems in settling the estate. An excellent attorney who had our best in mind. Highly recommend.
