Catherine has been our Lawyer (my brother and I) for the last 6 months or so and our relationship has been excellent. She helped us through a very sticky Guardianship case and continuous to provide needed legal advice and support. Catherine's understanding of the legal system is one of the best I've seen. We will continue to use her services to the maximum extent possible.

Catherine's expertise and confidence in Elder Law was extremely helpful in this emotionally trying situation. She was able to hit the ground running and was able to negotiate several situations with the opposing lawyer and reach an acceptable settlement that will help my father's future needs. Catherine also negotiated with the other lawyers to find a Conservator that I feel is trustworthy in handling my father's money. As a Guardian is something new to me I have asked Catherine to stay on as my lawyer and help guide me through the upcoming year. This is a big comfort knowing I have somebody that cares and understands my needs.
