I needed to sign my engagement letter and have some documents scanned into my file. I have a smarter than me phone which I had further sabotaged myself with unwanted apps Requiring me to go to CS Office. Besides taking excellent care of all my legal client needs, while I was reading engagement letter, Courtney agreed to try and clear my phone of unwanted apps almost making my phone unusable for me. In less than 5 minutes while reading before signing, Courtney had gotten rid of apps and tuned my phone up to where I can again use it. Courtney not only excelled in her job as Client Coordinator, she went way above and beyond her assignment to assist an elderly, 76 year old client that is technology challenged to be able to use his phone once again. Believe she should be rewarded with a double bonus reward for both: 1) Excellent new client coordination making me feel valued and welcomed as new client, but then 2) Extra personal touch volunteering to "fix" my smart(er) phone in under 5 minutes which had been irritating and frustrating me for couple days and hours trying to correct. Courtney was able to make me feel welcomed to the business but, as important, made me feel personally welcomed. Said enough, a true asset for the CS Office.

David was highly responsive to my urgent request, very knowledgable on a sensitive matter, was extremely candid, and engendered trust in his recommendation. I will use him for other matters in his areas of law.
