I want to thank Casey Kane and his team for their professionalism, commitment, and dedication to my case and me personally. There was time when it was stressful and I was probably difficult to deal with, but Casey always did what was best for me, my case, and my future. I can’t recommend The Law Office of Rodemer & Kane enough!

Pueblo PD arrested me and hit me with a litany of firearms and burglary charges that I absolutely did not commit. All the charges added up to over 20 years in prison if convicted. I bonded out and called Rodemer and Kane immediately. With their help, 6 months later they dropped the charges and plead down to a criminal trespass. 6 months probation and a little community service. Hopefully I never need an attorney again, but if I did, I will be hiring them again

Casey’s the man !! I was literally on my sentencing date … and I was just not getting what I needed from my own lawyer, one time he didn’t even show up to my court date! So I reached out to a pm after hours chat … to try and see what my options were. A couple chats were just a sales option … pay 5 dollars and get advice. Aaron started chatting and said he really thought it was worth my time to speak to a lawyer in the am! So we set up a call…I was looking at jail time for a 3rd DUI- but I explained my situation and Casey looked at my case with out payment and said that he thought what would happen and what he could do for me… but without seeing everything and contract he couldn’t go further… but offered a payment play or a cash plan … and said with no pressure he could take my case even though his 1st appearance would be at my sentencing!! Not an out of control price either with the extra work he was going to have to do coming in the game so late. He took control, did the leg work and got me a sentence that the judge said “ your the 1st for me to allow this sentence, don’t disappoint me”… wow Carey did it !! Everything I asked for . Couldn’t be happier!!! Totally recommend Carey!!

Attorney (I feel embarrassed even calling him that) Rechard Tegtmeier frequently made excuses and exhibited a lack of diligence in handling my case. Throughout the duration of my interactions with Tegtmeier, I found his behavior to be extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. I had to tell him to withdraw and had a different attorney represent me. He consistently came across as rude and displayed a clear disdain towards individuals of color, including myself. Despite my attempts to maintain professionalism and cooperation, I could sense an underlying prejudice in his demeanor towards me. It became evident to me, and subsequently to others in similar situations, that his representation was marred by discrimination against minority groups. I have since learned that I am not the only individual who has felt marginalized and mistreated by Tegtmeier's actions.

Casey Kane and his legal assistant Aaron literally saved my life. My seven month journey clearing my name from an incredibly vicious and toxic ex's protection order, is finally done. Although I had done nothing wrong, my ex is highly deceitful, and became explosively vengeful after I asked for a divorce. She filed a protection order to try to protect her image, almost convincing the courts and police department that she was the victim, when in fact she is the most abusive person I've ever known or heard of. Casey and Aaron worked hard, diligently, and kept me in the loop the entire process. I highly recommend them for anyone going through a protection order battle from a vengeful spouse or ex. Word of advice for anyone going through a legal battle in a similar situation: Save and organize all your evidence in a chronological format (texts, conversations, videos, etc), research narcissists and the court process, and hire Casey Kane.

Just amazing. Each staff member has fought for my case like I was their own family. We all make mistakes, and when we do, representation is a must in the justice system. Thank you so much for standing by me. I will never forget that and I'm forever grateful.

I am so glad I went with this law firm considering how many there are in the Springs area with high ratings. I needed to deal with a traffic misdemeanor that caught me completely me off guard and had me worried that I would get railroaded by the system. Casey, Chris and Steven were professional from the very beginning, starting off by discounting their flat fee, and then their legal assistant (mostly Aaron) continuing to keep me updated throughout the entire process. For those who don't know, if you get a summons, when you retain a lawyer, that original court date gets rescheduled and moved to another docket specific for attorneys. For me a new court date was scheduled that I did not need to appear for, but when that arrived no DA had been assigned to my case yet (which should give you an idea of how backlogged the courts are). So yet another date was scheduled a month later that I did have to appear for. I showed up for that and both Casey and Chris were reassuring and accommodating. By that time a deal had been negotiated already, reducing my traffic misdemeanor to a $30 fine and a no points violation, the best I could have hoped for. I just needed to appear before the judge (Judge Rotolo, who was very cordial and a sweetheart) and indicate I would agree to the plea deal. Another date was set but this generally gets vacated when the court accepts the plea. Despite the long wait to appear, I wasn't in court for more than 20 minutes. After that the lawyers would provide me the paperwork to sign, which I was able to do via a video conference call the next day, and Chris went line by line over everything to make sure I understood all the legalese. I signed the plea online, and once the court accepted the plea the final court date was vacated. I received the info to pay the fine online as well (which I quickly did) and that was that. The worst thing about it was the long wait (from the time of the offense to the plea deal was 4 months). If God forbid I should ever be in trouble again (hopefully never), I will at least know immediately what law firm to call. :) Thanks again to Steve, Casey, Chris and Aaron!

I just want to say special things to Casey Kane and Steve Rodemer for assisting me through these trouble times unfortunately, I had gotten myself in trouble numerous amount of times, one after another, which round me up to almost serve in prison time these guys went above, and beyond to get my cases, reduced and dismissed, and I never served one day in jail. I was looking at least a couple years in prison with all the revocations from probation violations that I had gotten. I was scared that I was gonna lose everything my business, my family, and these attorneys just made everything feels so easy and And made sure that I was not afraid to fight. Both attorneys had worked very hard into getting the best I could possibly get for an outcome. The staff at their office Mr. Aaron was very friendly, and always made sure that I was on time to court and never missed anything. Best attorneys in Colorado Springs, and in Colorado. I am very pleased and would use these guys again. I had spoke to other attorneys, and they had referred me to them, saying they are the best in Colorado Springs which I now know this is true and I have use them over three times and will continue to use them, very friendly very respectful people and always on top of it.
