Dan Kay doesn’t farm cases out to a stable of lawyers; he personally works on them himself…even the smaller ones like mine. And, in my cases, he was persistent and creative in making sure the insurance company took care of me like it should. Through no fault of my own, I ended up in two car accidents over the last year. I thought I’d try to reason with the insurance company so I didn’t have to use litigation. But the agents offered me only $2,000 on my first case, and, after claiming I was negligent, said they’d pay nothing on my second. Mr. Kay reached settlements in my favor for tens of thousands for both cases. I can’t recommend him enough. Hopefully I won’t be in any more accidents, but I’ll certainly call him again if I am.

Daniel Kay was an amazing lawyer who truly cared for me and my case. He is well aquainted with the Colorado justice system and offers validation for the ways in which it is unfair . He knows what he is doing. He is respectful to the judge and DA while also advocating for his clients.

Dan worked day in and day out and resulted in removing terrible charges from a DWAI down to a reckless driving, and removing nearly all fee's. He works to your schedule and remains very patient. Loves those that he works for and gives you everything you need from time and understanding to communication and application in the court room. Dan was a life saver. My wife and I were in an accident in Denver. Our car was totaled and my wife was seriously injured. ( broken ribs and a punctured lung. My wife was in the hospital for 30 days. I was charged with careless driving which caused injury. Dan drove back and forth to court in Denver 3 times to represent us. We had major medical bills. After 4 months Dan got my charge reduced to defective vehicle and 2 points off my license and he also got money back from medical bills for us. My wife is almost fully recovered..
