As a representative of El Paso County Carissa was in charge of an embezzlement case of which I was a victim. Carissa and her office investigated thoroughly and in coordination with the Colorado Springs Police Department to conclude in a successful conviction for restitution in excess if what I expected. They were very accessible in communication, and I felt they were sincerely concerned about the impact on myself and family. I applaud their efforts.
