Shimon enabled me to find a path for recovery from addiction and the recovery of my life as I now know it. I gave him as many reasons as possible to give up on me and he continued to fight. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Shimon as an attorney and as a human being, he is compassionate, professional and as real as they come in the legal system. I stood to lose my life as a habitual criminal and I trusted Shimon as to what I should do and he helped lead me out of one of the darkest times of my life. I was facing 32 mandatory years for drugs and Shimon negotiated me down to 6 years probation and treatment that has changed my life. I would insist anyone who needs to hire an attorney, this is the only man I would ever recommend. Thank you Shimon.

Mr. Kohn is worth every dime spent. He definitely knows what he's doing and I'd do business with him anytime but hopefully I don't have to.

Communication is not Mr. Foley’s strong suit. With such a high price tag, I would assume that his assistance would be continuous throughout the entire process, including whatever comes after one’s initial court appearance. I’ve left multiple voicemails, texts, and emails that for the most part were ignored completely, or responded to days/weeks later. There are better/cheaper options out there, esecially for traffic violations. The Foley Law Firm is selling canned tuna dressed up to look like caviar. Would not recommend.

He's an amazing lawyer. Accurate, thorough, and is for his clients/people! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me than shimon kohn. No matter what the case or circumstances are, he's there to be on your side and help.

I can't say enough good things about David and his firm. We have had to hire him a couple times and evertime he has been able to get our cases dismissed.
