“Communication is not Mr. Foley's strong suit. With such a high price tag, I would assume that his assistance would be continuous throughout the entire process, including whatever comes after one's initial court appearance. I've left multiple voicemails, texts, and emails that for the most part were ignored completely, or responded to days/weeks later.”
