He and his company were very professional. Anytime I had a question or concern he was always willing and able to answer it. Even after my proceeding was complete he was still willing to help.

Very poor would not recommend them to anyone. He was late for the hearing had to call him to remind . Know i am having issues with stuff they were supposed to handle. I contacted the office and was told it was my problem to handle

We put off seeking help longer than we should have out of fear & embarrassment. Mr. McLaughlin was understanding and professional through the whole experience. He really "gets it" and made a bad situation so much better. He will work with you at every step and dig you out of any hole you may be in.
